Hello
I am a MedTech researcher and systems-focused designer trained in Integrated Product Design at TU Delft, with a specialization in healthcare innovation.
My work sits at the intersection of human behavior, engineering performance, and structured validation. I develop technologies that are not only technically sound, but operationally coherent and clinically grounded.
I believe innovation fails when design and engineering operate in isolation. My role is to build bridges — translating clinical insight into technical architecture, and technical complexity into human-centered systems.
What I Do
I collaborate with MedTech startups, robotics founders, and corporate R&D teams to structure and execute innovation projects from early research through validated implementation.
My expertise includes:
• Human-centered research and clinical workflow analysis
• Systems architecture and multidisciplinary integration
• Performance modeling (CFD, FEM, thermal and biomechanical analysis)
• Risk-informed prototyping and validation
• Agile coordination across technical and cross-functional teams
As a certified Professional Scrum Master, I facilitate structured collaboration across engineering, clinical, and business domains — ensuring alignment, transparency, and measurable progress.
Approach
Complex technologies require more than technical performance. They require integration.
My approach is built on three principles:
-
Context before solution
Understanding operational, clinical, and regulatory constraints before development.
-
Simulation before assumption
Using modeling and performance analysis to inform engineering decisions
-
Validation before scale
-
Ensuring technologies are tested, refined, and evidence-backed prior to implementation.
Collaboration
I engage as an independent innovation partner, supporting organizations in strengthening development pipelines, reducing technical risk, and bridging gaps between research, engineering, and real-world deployment.
