System design for a wearable fall-detection device developed for elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease in collaboration with Pieter van Foreest (Netherlands).
Defined integration between motion sensing, data processing logic, and user feedback mechanisms while aligning with clinical workflow and usability constraints.
System design exploring an alternative respiratory protection approach using directed airflow to deflect airborne particles away from the breathing zone. Developed through research on occupational exposure in painting and construction environments, combining nozzle geometry exploration, CFD simulation, and experimental airflow testing to evaluate protective performance.
