Greenchoice – Customer Loyalty Card Game
This project was developed in collaboration with Greenchoice, a Dutch renewable energy provider, to explore new approaches to understanding and strengthening customer loyalty.
Working together with Muzus, the team conducted research into customer behavior, engagement, and loyalty within the energy sector. Insights from this research were translated into an interactive card-based workshop tool designed to facilitate discussion and strategic thinking.
The card game presents different scenarios related to customer relationships and decision-making. During workshop sessions, company participants used the cards to explore challenges, exchange perspectives, and collaboratively develop ideas for improving customer loyalty strategies and internal policies.
All cards shown here are shared with the company’s permission. The project demonstrates how research insights can be transformed into interactive design tools that support organizational reflection, collaboration, and strategy development.
